Talent you can trust to grow your organization
Why Hire a Spartan
UNCG students are highly prepared to make an immediate and significant contribution to your organization – in fact, 45 percent are working already as they pursue their degrees.
Capable
UNCG curriculum follows the High-Impact Educational Practices outlined by the Association of American Colleges & Universities. These practices include providing students with experiential learning, including community-based projects and internships, a global perspective, collaborative opportunities, and writing and research projects.
Diverse
The UNCG student body is highly diverse, offering a broad range of perspectives and experiences. Women comprise more than half of our student population; a quarter of UNCG students are Black/African-American and seven percent are Hispanic/Latino. Our international students (including nonresident aliens) make up nearly four percent of our students.
Engaged
Nearly a quarter of all students are involved in the more than 200 clubs and organizations on campus. Our students are also community-centric, completing one million hours of community service last year alone.
