Etiquette Dinner

Careers in Health and Wellness Week

Join us at this year's etiquette dinner with guest Aimee Symington of Finesse Worldwide, Inc. as our featured speaker!

The event will be held in the Cone Ballroom on Thursday, November 10th from 5-7pm. Please remember that professional business attire is required. For women, a business suit, pants suit, or dress (jacket preferred) is appropriate. For men, this means a business suit or collared shirt, dress pants, and tie (jacket preferred).


Dinner will include:

Butternut Squash and Apple Soup, Lemon Sorbet, Mixed Green Salad (with Romaine, Red Onions, Tomatoes, Croutons and Balsamic Vinaigrette or Ranch Dressing), Herb-crusted Chicken Breast (with Parmesan Polenta, Sauteed Broccoli Rabe with Roasted Garlic and a Red Pepper Sauce), and a Mocha Torte for dessert.

Vegetarian option will be:

Eggplant Roulade made w/Spinach, Red Peppers, Goat Cheese, served w/Tomato Coulis in place of chicken entree.

Reality Check Networking Night

Reality Check Networking Night Is it worth it to network it? Network with alumni to practice your elevator speech, get advice about the world of work, and make connections with professionals. This is your chance to make an impression, learn about different industries, and ask about what life is really like after college. There will be an ice breaker activity to start off the event and then free form networking. Refreshments and prizes will be available. PROFESSIONAL DRESS IS REQUIRED. RSVP on Spartan Careers.

The Liberal Arts Advantage: Launching from Campus to Career This inaugural professional development event is designed to help UNCG liberal arts students learn how their studies set them up for success in today’s competitive marketplace.
