Alumni Mentoring Program
Enables the cultivation of a network of 500+ alumni across industries and job functions to connect with students (in person and virtual) and support their career readiness through informational interviews, mock interviews, resume reviews, and job shadowing.
Annual Reach: 4,000 students
Treks
Enriches groups of 20-30 students through career exploration and networking connections via trips to organizations in a range of industries to explore potential career paths.
Annual Reach: 350 students
Internship Scholarships
Provides stipends for students engaging in internships with non-profits and start-up organizations who have limited means to offer paid internships; Internships provide substantive means for skills development and differentiate candidates competing for future full-time positions while enriching the Greensboro community and promoting talent retention.

Annual Career Development Events
Events customized to targeted majors, featuring industry keynote, career development breakouts led by faculty and career staff, and industry networking with the objective of helping students translate majors to jobs.

Peer Career Development
Funding for peer-to-peer advising including resume and cover letter review, usage of career resource, and targeted peer communications
